Castle Hill: Motorcyclist injured in collision on Stirling Drive

A motorcyclist has come off second best following a collision with a car on Castle Hill.

A motorcyclist has come off second best following a collision with a car on Castle Hill.

Queensland Ambulance Service confirmed that the biker was involved in the crash on the intersection of Stirling Drive and Arundal Court in Townsville at 1.36pm.

A QAS spokeswoman said one person – understood to be the motorcyclist – suffered hip and wrist injuries.

He was taken to Townsville University Hospital in a stable condition, she said.

The driver of the vehicle was not physically injured.

Queensland Fire Department also attended the crash.

Queensland Police Service were contacted for comment.
