Man hospitalised after collapse at Ampol Manunda service station

A man has been hospitalised after collapsing at a Manunda service station on Tuesday morning.

A man has been taken to hospital after collapsing at a Manunda service station on Tuesday morning.

Emergency services responded to reports a man had collapsed at the Ampol service station on Aumuller Street and Gatton Street around 8am.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman confirmed the man had suffered a medical episode.

“It looks like he had a medical event and collapsed,” the spokesman said.

“He was then taken to hospital.”

It is understood initial reports indicated a man in his 40s had fallen at the site and was unconscious, and not breathing.
CPR was applied until emergency services arrived.
