A Gofundme account has been established for the family of Daniel Mitchell, 23, after he was killed in a horrific Bruce Highway crash at Mutarnee about midnight on June 22.

Lily’s full tribute

For those who don’t know, we have lost one of the most beautiful, kind-hearted souls you would ever come across.

Daniel was a friend to many people as well as a brother and a beloved son.

Daniel was well known for his bubbly, friendly nature and his ability to always make somebody laugh and feel comfortable in almost any situation.

Daniel was a passionate and talented musician who spent a lot of time refining and producing his amazing music to share.

Daniel’s dedication is one of his most admirable traits.

He worked hard not only on his music, but also in the gym and on himself as a person constantly.

Daniel strove for greatness, and great he was.

Anybody who knows him knows that he is one of the kindest and most selfless human beings you will ever meet.

The sort of person who would offer to shout even if it was his last money, the person who would give you a lift if you were in trouble, someone you could call in the middle of the night just to chat about life.

Daniel was always there, and that is rare.

He was special in that way.

He knew the importance of being there for people, and he was always that person, for anybody.

Especially his family, his girlfriend and his mates.

Daniel was one in a million and will be sorely missed by many.

This loss will affect everybody.

He deserves a funeral that honours the person he was.

If anybody has any spare change, doesn’t matter how little, if you can help this cause and help us to celebrate Daniels life, please donate.

We all know he would.

How to help

Donations can be made to the Celebration of Dan’s Life fundraiser on Gofundme.
