The newest addition to Stratford’s real estate world is a brand new independent agency, built with the purpose of “proving that anything is possible”.
Mat Foley has been working in real estate for over 12 years and has personally designed over 300 homes in Cairns.
“I knew it was time to spread my wings and create something worth working for,” Mr Foley said.
He moved in to an old building on Magazine Street that has been vacant since 2002 and before that was historically owned by the timber yard.
“It’s very nostalgic in here and I want to keep this nostalgia for as long as possible. This is one of the first areas in Cairns to be settled so I want to keep its integrity,” he said.
The name of the agency came from a place of passion.
“A lot of people in this industry will pretend to be something they’re not. I want this name to show that I’m just embracing who I am. I’m keeping it real,” he said.
Mr Foley has an expertise in creative video and specialises in the creative market.
He aims to “harness the world of technology” to sell and buy with the both “pride and knowledge” of Cairns.
“I built this project up over the past six months and am very proud to be opening it today. I just want to show myself and my boys that anything is possible,” he said.
