Possessing a commercial quantity of illegal vapes is a Commonwealth offence, with police handing over the investigation to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

The TGA works with authorities across Australia to enforce vaping laws and holds powers to seize alleged unlawful vapes under warrant.

Police and detectives from Taskforce Viper and Taskforce Lunar will support the TGA in seizing the illegal vapes.

No arrests have been made as investigations into the burglary continue.
