Court documents revealed Mr Paterson heard a scratching noise at his bedroom window one night in June last year however could not find out where it was coming from.

That night, Coudounellis cut open two flyscreens and broke into the home before climbing into bed with Mr Paterson.

He wasn’t aware of the break-in until the following morning when his mother walked in and found Coudounellis in her son’s bed.

Later in June, Mr Paterson was driving his mother’s Mercedes to work in Coogee in Sydney’s east when he parked his car outside the surf life saving club.

Coudounellis got into the car and began crying and accusing Mr Paterson of seeing another girl.

She then began kicking the car and damaging the airconditioning vents among other controls inside the car.

The repairs to the Mercedes cost $1200.

A couple of weeks later in August, the pair were both at Anytime Fitness in Kensington where they began arguing before Mr Paterson left to go home.

He went home and closed the door on Coudounellis, who then pulled the flyscreen off his bedroom window and said: “I’m not leaving until you come outside to talk to me.”

The argument continued for an hour.

The hairdresser was arrested and charged in late August.

In Waverley court on Wednesday, her matter was adjourned for six weeks in order for a sentencing assessment report to be completed.

She will return to court in June for sentencing.
