Chilling footage has captured the alleged moment a man allegedly attempted to kidnap a woman, dragging her towards the road as she struggles.

Horrifying footage has captured the moment a woman was allegedly grabbed by an unknown assailant during an alleged attempted kidnapping – as she screams and struggles to break free.
Police understand the woman, 20, was walking along Thames Boulevard in the Melbourne suburb of Tarneit, after getting off a bus about 9.15pm on Wednesday.
It is alleged she was approached by an unknown man, who attempted to drag her towards the road.
Chilling CCTV allegedly captures the woman struggling to break free as she flees the scene.
Her screams can be heard in the footage.
The offender allegedly fled south towards the intersection.
The woman did not sustain physical injuries.
Police described the alleged kidnapper as approximately 160-165cm tall, of slim build with short dark hair and believe he is aged in his late teens to early 20s.
Westgate Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives are continuing their investigations.
Investigators are asking to speak to the driver of a dark coloured 4WD that was present in the area and could have witnessed the incident.
Police are also urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
