Accused killer Constable Beau Lamarre-Condon lodged a formal bullying complaint against a NSW Police Force colleague days after allegedly murdering a Sydney couple, and hours before handing himself into police custody.

The Daily Telegraph can reveal the bizarre final move by the accused killer, done while he was wanted by police over the alleged murder of television star Jesse Baird, 26, and Luke Davies, 29, inside a Paddington terrace.

NSW Police have detailed what they allege Constable Lamarre-Condon did in the days after the deaths on February 19, including disposing of the bodies on a rural property at Bungonia, in the southern Tablelands, where they were located in surfboard bags on Tuesday afternoon.

But early last Friday morning, between 6.30am when he arrived at Grays Point from an overnight trip to Newcastle and around 10am when he left with his uncle and headed to Bondi police station, Constable Lamarre-Condon used his work computer to lodge a bullying complaint.

A senior police source said the accused claimed he was being “bullied and harassed”, and that he put in a complaint while he was at Grays Point.

Constable Lamarre-Condon had his police-issue Mobipol computer with him while allegedly carrying out the double murder and while he disposed of the bodies in the bush.

Vision of a barefoot Constable Lamarre-Condon was obtained from outside the Grays Point home, before he was seen getting into a 4WD and heading to the eastern suburbs.

A police spokesperson said everything the accused did in the days before he was arrested will be part of the homicide investigation.

The bodies of much-loved couple Mr Baird and Mr Davies were on Tuesday night taken to a Sydney morgue where a post mortem examination will be carried out in the coming days.
