Leopold superstar Logan Wagener has become the latest player to join the 200-club.

The damaging midfielder has had some memorable days at Memorial Park — none better than last year’s grand final — and he went berserk in their big win over North Shore.

Wagener’s statline has to be seen to be believed: 49 disposals, 23 score involvements, 17 contested possessions, 10 marks, 10 inside 50s, two goals and 215 Premier Data ranking points.

It is a good sign for Garry Hocking’s side ahead of a looming qualifying final against either St Joseph’s or St Mary’s.

Grovedale ruck star Ryan Abbott came close to the 200-mark with a dominant display against impressive Bell Park big man Ollie Bridgewater.

The former AFL player tallied 60 hit-outs, 20 disposals, 16 contested possessions, 10 clearances, seven tackles, two goals and 198 points.

Five other players went above 140 in that game in a round of monster outings across thc GFNL competition, and Bailey Van De Heuvel was the biggest name of those.

The Geelong VFL sensation, who was on the draft radar last year but has been sidelined for most of the season with a knee injury, had his best game yet for Leopold with 24 disposals, 15 marks, five of those from the opposition a goal, a goal and 140 points.

North Shore big man Jacob Sammut-Miljevic (32 disposals, 19 contested possessions, eight clearances, two goals and 163 points), Leopold midfielder Tate Porter (35 disposals, eight inside 50s, a goal and 162 points), Seagulls ball-winner-inner James Chadwick (28 disposals 17 contested possessions, nine clearances and 151 points) and lively Lion Billy Ritchie (32 disposals, 13 marks, two goals and 146) also went large.

St Joseph’s rebounder Jack Buckley put in another sparkling performance in a monster win over Lara, amassing 35 disposals, 13 marks and kicking a goal for a score of 185 points.

Ruckman Olivier Northam racked up 33 hit-outs, 18 disposals, 11 score involvements, three goals and 165 points, while Luke Webb also booted three goals to go with 26 disposals, eight marks and 141 points.

Lara defender Dan Weigl (33 disposals, 11 marks, 11 rebound 50s) had the ball in his area for most of the game, with Hunter Lewis (five goals) and Paddy De Grandi (four) both benifitting from the supply.

With the season over for Essendon’s VFL side, blistering midfielder Bailey Scott returned for his third game of the season for Colac and thrived in its win over Geelong West, collecting 39 disposals, 17 contested possessions, 11 inside 50s, 10 clearances, two goals and 163 points.

But it comes as little surprise that Zach Zdybel was the top-ranked player on the ground with another collosal performance, finishing with 46 hit-outs, 26 disposals, 13 contested, nine clearances and 177 points.

Geelong West ball-winners Tanner Lovell (41 disposals, 16 contested possessions, 11 clearances, 10 inside 50s, a goal and 151 points) and Ethan Liddle (33 disposals and 140 points) both found plenty of the Sherrin in their defeat.

Colac forward Dustin Walters booted four goals to go with 20 disposals, 10 score involvements, 10 marks and 131 points, while Leigh Gorwell (26 disposals, six clearances and 139 points) also had a productive afternoon for the Tigers.

For Bell Park it was Lachie Patten who led from the front at the clinches in his side’s 36-point win with 25 disposals, 18 contested possessions, nine clearances and 138 points, while livewire Jack Sarcevic had a day out up forward with seven goals to go with 17 touches and 119 points.

St Mary’s had no shortage of contributors in its 176-point win over St Albans and midfielder Kade Chalcraft was the top-ranked player with 34 disposals, 11 inside 50s, 10 clearances, two goals and 153 points

St Albans defender Fletcher Keck blew up the stat sheet with 45 disposals, 17 intercepts, 13 rebound 50s and 138 points, while Joe Maishman (31 disposals, eight clearances and 130 points), Charlie Sprague (four goals, 21 disposals and 129 points) and Sam Bourke (five goals, 17 disposals and 127 points) also had productive afternoons.
