The BFNL grand final was run and won several weeks ago but the footy news never stops.

All clubs will now turn to their lists and see where improvements can be made.

This masthead has previously revealed star defender Dylan Featon was unsure about his playing future after winning a flag with Anglesea, its first in 26 years.

Meanwhile, a Bellarine contender is working on a plan to get a former AFL player to play a game or two in the BFNL next year.

So far, bottom four teams Newcomb and Portarlington have had some major wins already, with both outfits signing premiership players from Leopold amid a mass exodus.
