A young man has been charged after allegedly indecently assaulting another man at a Palmerston business.
NT Police in a statement on Thursday alleged the 23-year-old man was an employee of the business.
It is alleged that on Sunday November 17 this year, a man attended a Palmerston business where he was then indecently assaulted by the employee.
The male victim reported the incident to police, a spokesperson said.
The Sex Crimes Unit conducted an investigation and later arrested the employee on November 27.
He has been charged with one count each of gross indecency without consent, and indecent touching and was bailed to appear in Darwin Local Court on Thursday.
He will reappear on Friday for a further mention.
