HILDA report reveals the questions men and women do and don’t know about their money

This latest quiz was given to more than 17,000 Australians to test how money smart they are.
These five questions was part of the Melbourne Institute of Applied Economic and Social Research’s new Housing, Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia (HILDA) report released this week.
And the results showed many Australians have a long way to go with improving their basic financial knowledge.
Men lead the way though.
About 50 per cent of males answered all five questions correctly compared to just 35 per cent of women.
