A vegan activist was told she would “vanish” during a tense conversation.

Vegan activist Tash Peterson said she and her partner Jack Higgs were filming a social experiment on the streets of Perth when one man was recorded saying she would “vanish” if she appeared on a friend’s farm.

The pair were pretending to be anti-vegan activists from a farming union, with Ms Peterson unrecognisable in a hat and sunglasses. The reason behind the stunt is unknown.

However, in a video uploaded to social media, a man is filmed approaching the activist. He talks about Ms Peterson, but is unaware that he is talking to her.

“She carries on, it’s disgusting,” the man declared.

“But I’m so glad to see you guys doing an awesome job.”

Ms Peterson carried on the conversation, taking it to a new level when she said, about herself; “I think that b***h should end up in a slaughterhouse, too. She’s damaging. She’s a f*****g b***h.”

The man called her “despicable” and said he had friends in the farming industry, claiming one mate said to him if she ever came on their property, Ms Peterson would “vanish”.

“We’ve got 3000 acres, she’ll disappear,” the man recounted, to which Ms Peterson laughed.

The man continued to vent about the way Ms Peterson carried out her actvisism — in blood and bikinis in front of children — saying it made him believe she had “mental issues”.

He then asked if she’d ever come across her, to which Ms Peterson said no but if she ever “came face-to-face with that f*****g b***h, she’s going in the slaughterhouse”.

Social media reactions were mixed when it came to what unfolded in the clip.

“Keep on going girl, you’re amazing and I love your work,” one person said.

Another said: “You're going about this the wrong way. You need to see past your own ego, you’re never going to create change at the rate you’re going.”

“Always looking for drama. Grow up and leave people alone. Everyone is inclined to their own opinions, doesn’t mean you have to harass others with yours,” one said.

Another said: “Oh my god Tash, how did you keep a straight face? These idiot farm supporters are living in a different reality than me.”

“THOU SHALL NOT KILL is a commandment and it means be vegan,” another said.

It comes after a decision was made in August that prohibited Ms Peterson from leaving Western Australia for six months over a protest at a Perth restaurant last year.

The animal rights protester pleaded guilty to two trespass and disorderly behaviour charges last month for two separate stand-offs at Fyre restaurant in Connolly.

The incidents stemmed from owner John Mountain’s decision to ban vegans from his eatery “due to mental health reasons”, after a negative review was left by a plant-based diner.

In response, Ms Peterson and her supporters stormed inside the restaurant on June 30 – where they were physically removed by Mr Mountain and his staff. The protest resulted in criminal allegations of trespass, disorderly behaviour in public and remaining in the vicinity of a licensed premises against Ms Peterson.

It didn’t deter her, however, from returning to the venue the following Saturday, where she played footage of animals being slaughtered on a TV screen. The vision was accompanied by the sound of pigs screeching, which Ms Peterson played through a megaphone.

She was once again charged with trespass.

All charges against Ms Peterson were set to be tested at Joondalup Magistrates Court last month – until she pleaded guilty. The third charge, for remaining on a licensed premises, was dropped.
