“Work smarter and not harder!”

Aussie mum Cayla has taken to TikTok this week to share her ultimate holiday hack in a video captioned, ‘camping tip: work smarter and not harder folks’.

“When you still have to be a responsible mum on holidays,” she said in the video.

"So you work smarter and order groceries for delivery to you at the camping ground, so you can have more time 'relaxing'."

In the video, Cayla can be seen heading to her campsite’s reception with a beach trolley to meet a Woolworths truck, there to deliver her grocery shop directly to her. You can’t beat the convenience!

In the comments, Cayla explained how she did it.

“I just put delivery name as - camp name with my site number,” she wrote.

“Then in comment section a note that said please call me when you’re nearby and I'll meet them at reception.”

“hack noted for the future. "hi-five" mama!” a third said.

“Bruh this is literally so smart how have I never thought of this . Thankyouuu I’m doing this next time,” said another.

“Mate this is clever haha,” another commenter said.

“I mean that's genius,” said another.

“Omg why have I never utilised this when we’ve been camping‚” another asked.

“Beats doin it yourself on holidays!”

However, some said they’d been doing it forever, highly recommending the idea to others.

“This is me every town we go, ima order a click and collect asap,” said one commenter.

“I work in the office at a holiday park and we get this all the time with guests. Beats doin it yourself on holidays,” said another.

“Yep‚ been doing it since it started where I can‚ boy do you get some looks when the truck pulls up at your caravan‚” a third said.

“This is what I do too. Arrive at camp with snacks, takeaways for dinner that night, click and collect for the next morning. Then I can fill the chilly in with stuff on the drive there haha,” said another.

One thing you have to remember

However, one commenter had a tip for anyone trying this hack, and it’s to make sure you keep an eye on where your location is set for future deliveries.

“Just a reminder to change your location back when you go back home!” the commenter said.

“I was an Online Manager in a tourist town and people would always accidentally order from our shop once they got home which was 12 hours away."
