‘Running there now’: Shopper lists must-have dupes at Kmart

The products are copies of expensive beauty, home and clothing items and are saving shoppers hundreds of dollars.

A Kmart shopper has dropped three videos listing all of the best dupes at Kmart that cost a fraction of the price compared to similar items by more expensive brands.

The TikTok user, livbeauty3, has shared her favourite products at the retailer that could be mistaken for items by major beauty, homeware and clothing brands.

Her first video shared pictures and prices of 8 dupes, alongside the caption, "loving Kmart at the moment". 

The clip had more than 860,000 views and 53,000 likes with many shoppers commenting that they agreed with her favourite Kmart finds.

Kmart selling dupe drink bottles

The clip first compares Drunk Elephant’s Anti-Pollution Sunshine Drops, which usually cost $54 and a similar product by Kmart’s beauty brand OXX called Bronzer Drops, which are sold for just $6.

She also included a dupe of THE must-have drink bottle by Frank Green, which can cost $60. Kmart sells a double-walled bottle for $15.

The store also has a travel cup for $16 which looks like Stanley’s $175 Quencher.

Kmart fans love store's satin PJs 

For fans of Peter Alexander pyjamas, Liv liked a similar satin set by Kmart for just $20 - which are $110 cheaper than the popular brand.

Some fans in the comments agreed that Kmart’s PJs are “better quality”.

“The Peter Alexander dupes are not only significantly cheaper but better quality,” claimed one Kmart fan.

“Best PJs ever!!! Got like three colours,” another person wrote.

However other pointed out nothing compared to Peter Alexander’s comfy feel.

Comfy dupes for winter

In more recent videos Liv has shared some comfy items for winter at a bargain price, such as Kmart low cut slippers for $35, which look like Ugg slippers which cost $130.

And an oversized hooded blanket for just $29 - nearly $100 less than the Oodie brand. 

Some beauty products she compared was Kmart’s $32 pillowcase to Mecca's $95 silk pillowcase, and two perfumes at Kmart for just $12 which smell like Ariana Grande's Cloud for $50 and Gucci Bloom for $190.

She also listed homeware items like a mushroom lamp for $35 at Kmart, which looked like others online for up to $180. As well as a scalloper mirror for $35, and shared it alongside a picture of a mirror worth for a whopping $2550 .

TikTokers warn against one item

However, there was one dupe the TikToker included which wasn’t loved by shoppers.

Posting the $100 Revlon Volumiser Blowout Brush alongside Kmart’s $35 Hot Air Styler, Kmart shoppers warned people against buying the electronic.

“Mine started sparking after the second use so I took it back to Kmart,” one shopper wrote.

“That Revlon dupe literally caught on fire five minutes after I started using it. It also made a screeching noise,” another added.

Other TikTok users thanked Liv for sharing her finds, with one calling her a “queen”.

“Running to Kmart now,” one wrote. While another said, “This is why Kmart is my therapy”.
