Prison bride’s bizarre posts about rapist husband

A woman's marriage to a convicted rapist has taken a disturbing turn as she jokes about his crimes on social media.

A bride who married a serial rapist in Barlinnie has made light of his crimes by posing in a stripey jail-style outfit.

Brogan Quinn, 29, wore the matching top and bottoms for a TikTok video and labelled the look “prison chic”.

She often posts about her “prison wife life” and claims she can “fix” Kenneth Quinn, 51 — who is 22 months into a 15-year stretch for abusing and raping ex-wife Carolyn over nearly three decades, The Sunreported.

Brogan — who has a large tattoo of Quinn’s initial on her wrist — calls herself a “prisoner rights activist” and has also joked about her sicko hubby’s jail stretch.

“But the thrillseeker gets an intoxicating kick out of being in touch with a dangerous character.

“The attention seeker enjoys the notoriety, while women can also be in denial, a powerful state of mind.

“Then there is the campaigning do-gooder and those who get a disturbing thrill from being involved with a sociopath.”

Brogan, of Jedburgh, Roxburghshire, has dismissed Quinn’s crimes — including throwing Carolyn down stairs when she was pregnant — as a “mistake”.

She has campaigned for Justice for Innocent Men Scotland, led by women whose partners are in jail for sex attacks on women and girls as young as 14.
