Mum sick of kids' fighting does what every parent wants to do but doesn't

Ashley Knotts, a mum of two young boys, had one of those moments recently.

She was sick of their endless squabbling, so she took an unconventional approach to handle the chaos... and her home security camera caught it... thank God, because it's the most relatable thing ever.

"1000000 other toys to play with"

She decided to teach her kids a lesson by throwing the toy they were fighting over right off the deck of their family home.

Posting to her TikTok with a simple five second video, @ashleynorfleet quickly went viral, racking up over 8 million views.

The clip shows her walking out onto the balcony and hurling the ride-on police car over the edge.

In the background, you can hear a child crying... because, of course there is.

She wrote over the video: "When both of your kids have been fighting over the same toy all morning when they have 1000000 other toys to play with besides that one."

And the caption read: "Don’t come at me. The toy doesn't even work anymore, and the kid in the background is crying because his big brother pushed him off of it for the 15th time! Can anyone else relate?"

"So validating"

Naturally, every parent could relate in the comments. 

One wrote, "Amazing self-control shown here by an exhausted mum. Notice how she refrains from tossing the kids and opts for the toy instead. What a superstar mum."

Another parent chimed in: "This comment section is so validating. Glad to know I'm not the only one sending toys flying into the abyss."

Others pointed out the mum's impressive technique, with one commenter joking: "Ma'am threw that truck over the balcony like she was Travis Kelce."
