In the now-viral TikTok, Nuria filmed herself catching up with her friends, including Marta, who gave birth to her daughter six months ago.

The Spanish influencer filmed herself as she held a glass jug in her hands, Marta transferring milk from her breast pump to Nuria.

“Tasting the milk of my friend who just became a mummy,” Nuria captioned the clip

Nuria laughed as she held the glass jug up to her mouth, taking a sip. Yep, she’s drinking her bestie’s breast milk.

Why? Because it was another check on her bucket list.

“This is once in a lifetime!” she said. “One more check done in my life.”

There were sounds of gasps coming from the background as Nuria took a swig, but she went through with it anyway, smiling as she swallowed her friend’s boobie juice.

“Girl, it's good,” she said to her friend. “It doesn't taste like a tit!”

Well, at least she’s tried it, I guess?

“I miss my life from 20 seconds ago”

Nuria isn’t the first person to drink breast milk, with reports of some men swapping out water or regular milk for the human variety in their post-workout supplement shakes in the hopes of gaining extra muscles.

But bad news, guys, it’s all a myth.

While there are plenty of essential nutrients and fat in breast milk, it’s designed to support the growth of a baby, not a fully grown adult.

What’s more, if the person supplying the breast milk isn’t living a healthy lifestyle, the person drinking the boobie beverage may end up doing a lot of harm to their body.

“Breast milk generally isn’t regulated,” said dietitian Marc Halpern to Men’s Health. “If the woman has a terrible diet the breast milk will be terrible quality.” Grubby and deadly things can also be spread through breast milk, including diseases like HIV and harmful bacteria.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the internet wasn’t as pleased with Nuria’s adventurous drink choice as she was, taking to the comments to share their disgust.

“What my eyes have just seen?” someone asked in shock. “Please set my eyes on fire,” another chimed in.

“There’s no way I’m doing that,” someone added. “Where have we come to?” wrote a fourth.

“I miss my life from 20 seconds ago.”
