People staying in the Balston St complex receive a knock on the door from an Uber Eats driver or rider at least nine times a day.

The Australis building, on Little Lonsdale, made the second most Uber Eats orders in 2018, followed by Southbank Grand apartments on City Rd.
The data, collected from Uber Eats users across Australia in 2018, has uncovered Melbourne’s bizarre eating habits.

One adventurous Melburnian made 658 orders on the app alone — nearly twice a day — while another ordered from 178 different restaurants.
While hot chips and nuggets went down a treat, Aussies were more health conscious when ordering takeaway in 2018.
Healthy options on Uber Eats increased by 149% between June to October this year.
There was a 283% increase in plant based meal options between August and September, while a 75% increase was seen in vegetarian orders between June and November.
