A GAMUT of glamorous new trends will be heralded tonight as the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival runway shows start under the grandeur of the Royal Exhibition Building.
Internationally renowned model Jessica Gomes will take to the Gala Runway presented by David Jones, along with Melbourne model Montana Cox, who will return from New York.

The pair will join more than 30 models to unveil collections from Australian and international designers, including Rebecca Vallance, Atoir, Camilla and Marc, MacGraw, Viktoria & Woods and Kate Sylvester.
David Jones’s Autumn Winter 18 theme of “Take a Leap” will highlight this season’s trends, including power suits, bold colours, dark florals and luxury basics.
“This season is all about suiting for me,” Gomes said.
“A great blazer to sharpen an outfit or a suit with heels always makes me feel empowered and classy.”
