“Trolls say I wasted my teenage years, but I know I'm going to have the best time in my 30s,” the young mum-of-two reveals in a viral video.

Tylar Fertuck is 19, but she’s already had two children, and she won’t have any more.
The Canadian mum explained her family in a TikTok video where she dances around her bedroom under captions.
“What age did you have Tessa?” one follower asked, referring to her three-year-old daughter.
“I got pregnant with Tessa when I was 15, and I had her at 16,” she explained.
“Then I got pregnant with TJ when I was 17 and I was still 17 when he was born.
“I was done having kids by the time I was 18.”

Teen mum reveals estrangement from parents
Some followers wanted to know what Tylar’s parents thought of her getting pregnant at a young age.
Tylar shared a sad story of estrangement and lack of support.
“How did your parents react when they found out you were having a second child at 17?” one person asked.
“I don’t have a relationship with any of my parents,” Tylar began.
“But my mum was supportive and excited when I told her. I don’t know my dad’s reaction because I never told him, and my ex-stepdad was not happy, and hasn’t really talked to me since finding out,” she said.
But Tylar said she and her partner (who is also the father of both kids) are self-sufficient and capable of living without parental support.
“We live in our own home,” she said. “We’d never plan a second baby at our age if we couldn’t afford to / didn’t live on our own,” the caption read.
The median house price in Tylar’s home city of Saskatoon is approximately AU$400,000.

Teen mum takes online classes to get diploma
Pregnancy and motherhood interrupted Tylar's high school career, but the mum-of-two wasn't deterred.
"I was planning to still finish high school until I realised I didn't need my diploma to pursue my dream career," she said.
"I'm currently halfway through online school with two young toddlers to take care of at home."
"Being a young mum comes with many challenges, but it doesn't stop your life."

Teen mum’s babies-before-18 plan criticised
Tylar’s viral video attracted plenty of comments, with some giving the young mum kudos, while others were quick to tell her she’d wasted her life.
“You were robbed of your teen years,” one person said.
“Such a shame,” said another.
But not all the comments were negative.
“You’re going to have great 30s,” said one person.
“I love all your videos and Tessa and TJ are so lucky to have you as their mum. You guys have an incredible family,” said another.
One person’s hilarious reply won the comments section.
“I’m done having kids and I haven’t even had any,” they said.
