IT’S World Gin Day on Saturday. Anna Brain discovers some neat local nips to say cheers with.

FOUR PILLARS

Four Pillars won double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits competition this year. Made in Warrandyte South by Cameron McKenzie, Stuart McGregor and Matt Jones, the recipe uses whole oranges and lemon myrtle for a distinctly Aussie flavour.
