In just a few short years the mere utterance of the words ‘vegan’ or ‘vegetarian’ has gone from ‘leave a bad taste in your mouth’ to ‘must-eat’ thanks to more restaurants solely catering to this eating lifestyle.
Every year, delicious reveals the top 100 restaurants across NSW and this year three vegan and vegetarian restaurants made it on the list.
Yellow, located in Potts Point, was crowned the Best Vegetarian Restaurant, while two vegan restaurants — Paperbark Waterloo and Peppe’s in Bondi — took out the number 54 and 81 spots.
