Star spotted in beach act every Aussie will be doing this weekend

An Australian star has been spotted enjoying a day at the beach amid Sydney’s scorching summer weather.
Lucia Hawley, the host of 7Bravo and face of Live From E!, was snapped taking a dip to cool off as the city swelters ahead of an “an intense heatwave” that will see temperatures hit 40C across several parts of the country this weekend.
The 27-year-old sported a chocolate brown two-piece for her outing, with photos showing Hawley – who is also the niece of Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman – laying on a towel on the sand after she emerged from the water.
She paired her trendy bikini, which appears to be a trendy shade of Mocha Mousse – Pantone’s 2025 colour of the year, with a crocheted bag and minimal accessories.
The sighting comes after the model daughter of Antonia Kidman visited family in the US – documenting her travels on Instagram.
At one stage, she met supermodel Bella Hadid while in Texas, and also took part in Boulevard Bolt, a 8km race on Thanksgiving Day in Nashville, Tennessee.
Photos show Hawley took part in the annual event alongside her mum, aunty and sister Sybella.
Hawley was also on the trip with her long-term boyfriend Henry Poole, who she’s been dating for four years after meeting at a mutual friend’s birthday party.
“We met when I was 21 and he was 22 and in a short period of time it feels like we have experienced a lot together – graduating university, navigating the pandemic, starting new jobs,” Hawley told The Daily Telegraph previously.
“There’s something to be said for being able to share such pivotal moments together. It makes you really feel like a team.”
Since landing her first ever TV role, the journalist – who said she spent years “working towards” a TV career – has become a regular on the social scene.
Most recently Hawley attended Derby Day during Melbourne Cup Week as a guest of Penfold’s as well as a star-studded boat party to celebrate Rebecca Vallance’s collaboration with Nicky Hilton.
She also went to the 2024 Aria Awards in a statement black mini-dress from Toni Maticevski that her followers declared was a “9000/10”.
“All class,” one wrote, as another agreed: “Phenomenal.”
Hawley is not the only Aussie who will be hitting the beach in the coming days as “temperatures approach five to 10C above average throughout much of South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales,” according to the Bureau of Meteorology.
