ROULE GALETTE
This small place is kind of hard to find, but they have some really tasty crepes. My
kids love their signature La Gourmande. But for me I like to go little boozy — the Grand Marnier flambé crepes absolutely deliver the flavour.

This small Japanese restaurant is a total gem. Everything is in such detail. I love saba-chazuke, which is rice and mackerel in tea broth — it reminds me of the time
I spent in Japan. For dessert? A miso white choc brownie with a cup of iced genmaicha (green tea with roasted brown rice) never goes wrong.

I don’t think this place needs any more recommendations, every night is fully booked, but their tapas are just out of this world. Pez Espada Ahumado is my go-to, this cold-smoked swordfish with pine nut gazpacho sorbet tapa is something I’ve never tasted before.

ROCKPOOL BAR & GRILL
Impressive selection of steaks, beautiful night view and savvy staff. A great night out.
Crown, Southbank Riverwalk
FLOWER DRUM
Melbourne’s famous fine dining Cantonese cuisine with dedicated service.
17 Market Lane
CUMULUS INC
Simple dishes served on a vibrant crush of new-season ingredients. The wine list is impressive and exhaustive.
