MYA TIGER AT THE ESPLANADE
It’s great to go to such an iconic venue and have a different experience each time you go. For me, the best experience is to order some of Sarah Chan’s roast duck and a bottle of pinot to watch the sunset.

WOOD FROG BAKERY
This bakery is the best for fresh French-style bread. The croissants are great and the takeaway coffee is good, so this is an easy choice for me on a lazy Sunday morning. I always get bread from here for every dinner party we host at home.

SI SENOR
Some of the best tacos in Melbourne are served here. It’s also BYO which doesn’t hurt. We have celebrated many special occasions here with a large group of mates, too much wine and way too many tacos. The staff are great, they always remember my face and I feel like I am at home every time I’m in there.

FREDDIE WIMPOLES
This is a cool pub with loads of different beers on tap, and they are always changing. On Wednesdays they do a collaboration with Babu Ji, an Indian place around the corner, and you can get a craft beer and a spicy curry for a reasonable price. It’s a good combo.

PRINCE DINING ROOM
We have been going in lately for breakfast and takeaway coffee. The coffee there is fantastic, and the food is everything you would want to find on a breakfast menu in Melbourne. The bacon and egg breakfast pita is the best breakfast sandwich you
can get.

CLAYPOTS
Claypots is a chef’s dream restaurant. You get to order fresh whole seafood by the kilo, with very little done to it except some excellent seasoning and a few accoutrements. We always have a good time going here. Not to mention it’s BYO as well so you can’t go wrong.
