It’s another win for chef and restaurateur Andrew McConnell and the Trader House group, after Gimlet became the only Australian venue to rank in this year’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

“The reaction has been phenomenal from so many places,” McConnell said.

It is followed by a wonderfully diverse selection of eateries, covering many different styles of food and service, as well as a variety of budgets, an important consideration at this time.
