DIGGERS CLUB

As a Diggers Club member, I regularly visit the nursery at Heronswood as each new season rolls around. I plant seeds at home and in the Port Phillip Dining kitchen garden wherever possible.

DROMANA BAY MUSSELS

Geoff has been operating his mussel farm for around 25 years, three years ago expanding to local catches of garfish, whiting, snapper and yellow tail king fish. He sells his catches at Safety Beach and Hastings foreshores.

MAIN RIDGE DAIRY

Great place to taste goat cheeses of different textures, enjoy a tasting plate among the gums while watching the goats frolic in the paddock. We love serving these cheeses at Port Phillip Estate.

BONEO ROAD

There are many farm gates along this country road where you can purchase everything from apples to sweet corn. We love to buy fresh produce from these farm gates. Just off Boneo Rd there are a few great spots where wild herbs and fennel pollen grow in abundance. We forage in these spots.

STEAM

An Asian fusion restaurant open 6 nights for dinner. It features a live oyster tank, sakes, Asian beers and a great selection of share dishes. The boneless pork hock with Chinese 5 spice is always a winner.
