"Alfie asked to do some of his Papa activities with him"
She wrote in the caption: "Alfie has asked me to do some of his Papa activities with him - making crepes and doing hours of Lego were in his requests.
"I went with the easiest option of a trip to the barber, which the boys used to do together, followed by gelato. It put a smile on his face which was beautiful."
Photos included Alfie smiling while getting his new haircut, then showing off the finished result and then finally - tucking into a gelato!
"The smile on that face says it all really"
The post was flooded with messages of support from Jock's fans, friends and family.
"Oh bless him," one wrote, while another said: "Lovely to see him smiling. 💙🙏"
"I hope somewhere in all of this... that you are able to find a moment for yourself, take care," another replied.
"So beautiful, Alfie looks so much like his Daddy," someone else pointed out.
"Ohhh, darling, you are doing a beautiful job! Sending love and strength to you all," commented a fifth.
"The smile on that face says it all really. Good job Mamma," someone else wrote.

"Keeps him close"
It comes after Lauren shared other glimpses into her family's life and how her children are coping with the loss.
She recently shared an image of their two-year-old daughter, Isla, sleeping soundly in her car seat.
Isla looks totally at peace, she is cuddling her dad's clothes - something that has been soothing her since her dad's death.
"Little Isla has started sleeping with Papa’s clothes, keeps him close," the caption read.
Lauren also previously shared the three books that were helping them through their grief.
The first was The Invisible String, by Patrice Karst, the second was The Goodbye Book, by Todd Parr, and the third was Beginnings and Endings with Lifetimes in Between by Bryan Mellonie and Robert Ingpen.
Alongside the images, she wrote, "Books have been a bridge to help me explain to our little ones what has happened, what they are feeling, and that love is always around them. These are the top three (of many purchases) that the kids have connected with."
