For those of us on a budget, face yoga could be the no-spend, do-anywhere solution your hangover has been looking for. The best part? You don’t need to be an expert to nail some simple and effective techniques.
According to face yoga expert Leila Haddioui, this twice-daily ritual has kept her face youthful, plump and lifted for years.
“Place your fingertips on the left side of your chin, then move hands upwards, over the cheeks and up to the temple. Repeat five times then go on your right,” she instructs The Times.
“Using your index and middle fingers and thumb, start in the middle of your cheeks, moving upwards towards your eyes – it gives a natural flush and prompts cell renewal.”
