A depraved Victoria Police member who refers to himself as a “pedophile” shared vile homemade child abuse material with a sicko sex mate.
Bradley Williams, 35, fronted the County Court last Wednesday after pleading guilty to produce, possess and distribute child abuse material.
Williams, a Victoria Police Transit Safety Division member at the time of his arrest, committed his lewd offending over several years until late-2021.
According to a prosecution summary submitted to the court, Williams took Skype screenshots of a child aged under 18 which depicted nudity.
Williams also sent a co-offender – who cannot be named for legal reasons – a screenshot taken from a video which depicted Williams having sex with a child.
Williams also had a sexual relationship with a victim who had been in state government child protection at the time of the offending.
Williams took several vile videos of he and the victim having sex between early and mid-2021, ordering the child to call him "daddy".
The fiend told the victim not to swear after she experienced physical pain.
“Little girls shouldn’t swear,” Williams said.
The vile interactions took place while Williams screened a child abuse material video.
Williams told his victim the child depicted in the video was aged 5.
The fiend cop “introduced” the victim to his co-offender who also “engaged in a sexual relationship” with the child.
The co-offender filmed a vile video depicting the victim and Williams.
Williams also sent a video via Snapchat which depicted a victim he claimed was “really young”.
“This girl is damaged goods,” Williams said.
Williams, of Strathtulloh, and his co-offender were arrested during separate raids on October 18, 2021.
Williams, who also pleaded guilty to produce child pornography, made a “no comment” interview and “refused to participate” in a forensic assessment.
Williams had his bail extended to front court at a later date.
