Scorned lover's menacing voicemail to her ex

A scorned Point Cook lover who threatened to “end” her ex and get him fired from his job hopes to become a dentist.

Kathleen Biscocho, 24, was sentenced in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court last week to a good behaviour bond without conviction after pleading guilty to charges including stalking.

The court heard Biscocho rang her ex-boyfriend 104 times between 9.34pm and 10.46pm on July 6 last year

“I will f**king end you and make sure you get fired from f**king work. You wanna make me wait tonight c**t, f**k, I will end you, yeah. You don’t make me f**king wait. Tomorrow I bring my parents to the f**king cops, go to your house and check up on you and f**king make sure you get fired from your PC job c**t bag. You wanna f**king keep making me wait and f**king doing this to me dickhead, you don’t f**king make me wait. I will f**king end you,” Biscocho said in a voicemail tirade she left her victim.

The victim told police he received multiple threats from Biscocho after the pair’s “on again, off again” three-year relationship ended in early-2020.

The Brunswick man sought psychological treatment and took unpaid leave from work due to Biscocho’s tormenting conduct, the court was told.

The victim, who told police he felt “super anxious and paranoid”, also feared Biscocho would attack him, get him fired and “get on” him at his home.

Police escorted the victim home the next month after he told authorities Biscocho was at the property “waiting for him”.

Biscocho was in the victim’s bedroom when police arrived, the court was told.

Biscocho told police she believed she had been invited to her victim’s home to “reconcile” their relationship.

Biscocho was arrested at her Point Cook home on December 2 last year.

The jilted ex told police she and the victim had split after a four-year “off and on” relationship.

Biscocho also told investigators her victim was “probably scared” after she rang him 104 times in little more than an hour.

The court heard Biscocho, a dental assistant, had been studying to become a dentist but deferred study to focus on her mental health and her legal proceedings.

The defence submitted Biscocho feared a conviction would affect her ability to become a dentist.

“Your client will have to move on …,” Magistrate Rodney Crisp said.

Biscocho must be of good behaviour until December 17.
