Police have identified the cyclist who was killed after being hit by a truck in Victoria’s southwest on Tuesday afternoon.

A cyclist has been killed after being hit by a truck at Warrnambool on Tuesday afternoon.
Police were called to the intersection of Wangoom Road and Wiggs Lane about 1pm, February 22.
The male cyclist, an 80-year-old Warrnambool man, died at the scene.
The truck driver is assisting with police enquiries.
Police are investigating the circumstance surrounding the crash.
Any witnesses to the fatal incident are urged to report it to police by contacting Crime Stoppers.
