Police have identified a 62-year-old Allansford man as the victim of a fatal crash near Warrnambool,
The cyclist was killed in Allansford after authorities believe he collided with a vehicle on Tooram Rd about 2.45pm.
He died at the scene of the accident.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was uninjured.
