University of Melbourne Graduations 2023: All the pictures of the Education, Business and Economics graduates

Hats off to the University of Melbourne’s education, business and economics graduates who celebrated their achievements at the Royal Exhibition Building. See the pictures.

Plenty of smiles and laughs have been captured at the University of Melbourne’s graduations at the weekend.

These are the faces of Victoria who have graduated in the areas of Education, Business and Economics.

Hundreds of graduates, their families and friends flocked to the Royal Exhibition Building on Saturday to celebrate their achievements and the end of a study era, ready take their passions onto a new journey.

Master of Management graduate Niels Larsen expressed his feelings on making the Dean’s list.

“It feels amazing — super proud to be graduating today — thank you to my parents, the university and of course their amazing member of staff and faculty and last but not least my peers who’ve graduated with me today — it couldn’t be done without them,” Mr Larsen said.

“The day has been great, super smooth, lots of smiles — just a great day overall.

“Definitely looking ahead — starting the career and I’m working as a consultant at the moment, not closing any doors and really seeing what opportunities there are out there for us in the future.”

Master of Management graduate Long Nghiem, who graduated alongside Mr Larsen, said he was grateful to share the important day with his friends.

“It’s been a long journey — three years of Bachelor and two years of Masters,” Mr Nghiem said.

“I want to say thank you to my parents, family, friends and also the faculty for all their hard work making the 14th best university in the world, providing opportunities for graduates.

“Hopefully with my degree, hard work and dedication the future will look great.”

Master of Management — Marketing graduate Rivka Thomas was also excited to make the Dean’s list.

“I didn’t really think I’d get on the Dean’s List so I was really honoured to be part of it,” Ms Thomas said.

“I’m excited to go into the real world, work and demonstrate my skills in the actual workplace — I’m really looking forward to that.”

“It’s definitely a very bittersweet moment — we went through a lot in the last few years and going into the next chapter of our lives is an interesting period — we’re excited to see what’s going to come,” Master of Management (Marketing) graduate Clarissa Wiriadi said.
