At the risk of sounding a little corny, your nominations for Melbourne’s best greengrocer delivered some 24-carrot gold entries.
You were keen beans, dishing up a list of hundreds of fruit and vegetable shops across the city as part of our next Best of Melbourne poll.
With business struggling during the coronavirus crisis, it’s more important than ever to support the little guys.
Our hardworking greengrocers get up at the crack of dawn to source the freshest produce so your fridge stays stocked and your fruit bowl overflowing (and with the kids at home, you’re probably going through fruit like it’s going out of fashion).
Now it's time to return the favour and give them some love by voting for the top 10.
Don’t forget, nominating is not enough to guarantee your favourite greengrocer a place — you need to vote too.
