St Columba’s reveal their college captains 2023
We asked St Columba’s incoming school captains how they felt about leading their schools next year. Read what they had to say.

While the school year is ready for its curtain call and students get ready to put their pens down, there are plenty of plans in place for next year.
Schools are busily announcing their new leader for 2023, with St Columba unveiling its two captains
Sarah Truccolo and Piashay Soler will be the co-captains for the upcoming school year.
Leader spoke to both students about their hopes and goals for 2023.

How does it feel to be a college captain?
“I am so eternally grateful to be given this opportunity of leadership for 2023 and will continue to strive to honour the role through my everyday endeavours,”
What are your goals for next year?
“Next year, I am ecstatic to help create an inclusive environment on behalf of the student body, where everyone can feel respected both inside and outside of the St Columba’s College community,” she said.

How does it feel to be a college captain?
“I am extremely excited to have been chosen as one of the college co-captains at St Columba’s College for 2023.
“It is such an honour to be given the opportunity to be able to represent the college community and to uphold the values that it stands for.”
What are your goals for next year?
“In the coming year, I am looking forward to being able to implement a positive change within our college environment that will leave a lasting impact on the students in the years to come while ensuring the inclusivity and empowerment of everyone,”
