Only featured in 10 games for Blackwood this season in the GDCA’s third-tier Jensen Shield but delivered the goods. Whitehouse smashed 686 runs at an average of 68.60 in those appearances, scoring a pair of centuries and a high score of 192 against Diggers Rest Bulla. Picked up 12 wickets too.

Lincoln Wong, Templeton, Ringwood District CA

Just as handy with a cricket bat as he is at finding the footy in the Eastern league, Wong has belted 70 fours and 20 sixes on the path to 556 runs at an average of 42.77. His knock of 126 against Wonga Park stands out, but he’s also been close to the ton on other occasions, when he hit 84 and 88 respectively across rounds 12 and 13.
