A promising pace bowler, Gall is on the comeback trail after missing the 2019-20 season due to injury.

Bombers premiership coach Neil Gray was excited to secure another high-end talent.

“She’s at school in Geelong, so it’s a travel thing for her,” he said.

“She’s got a lot of potential, she’s a highly rated left-arm seamer.

“She got a contract with the Stars so I’m not sure how much we’ll see her, at least at the start of the year.

“We’re looking to keep turning over our list and who knows what things will look like when we actually get back to playing.

In the 2018-19 season, Gall represented Victoria in the under-15 national championships as well as Cricket Australia at the under-18 carnival.

Gall was used as a batter at under-15 level, making 111 runs in eight games for Victoria but showed her potential with the ball in 13 games for the CA XI, taking seven wickets at an average of 14.43.

The exciting youngster will have the likes of Premier Cricket Team of the Year captain Makinley Blows and Briana Birch to learn off at Essendon-Maribrynong Park.

Bombers teammate Elise Villiani will skipper the Melbourne Stars, who have lured international superstar Meg Lanning back for the WBBL|06 season.

Gray was looking forward to seeing what Gall could produce.

“With our experienced players hopefully we can support her development,” he said.

“Just an exciting young talent, she’s done some stuff with Australia underage squads I think and obviously with Victoria squads.

“I’d say if she’s got a Stars WBBL contract she’ll definitely make an impact in the First XI.”
