“Check out the Lucha Fantastica Mexican wrestling in Cube 37 (beside the centre) with the best Latin band Mariachis Los Romanticos and dancers,” Mayor Michael O’Reilly said.

“It’s going to be an awesome, free celebration of live music, street food, dance performances, craft stalls and exhibitions for the whole family,” he said.

A parade leaves Frankston station at 2pm and heads to the Frankston Arts Centre on Saturday, March 2 for a day of colour and excitement.

The event finishes at 10pm.
