A teen cyclist is wanted by police over a series of unusual sexual assaults on the Mornington Peninsula.
Frankston Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives are investigating four separate incidents involving women allegedly being slapped on the backside by a teenage boy.
The incidents occurred in January and February at different locations across the Mornington Peninsula.
According to police the teen, who has been described as being aged between 14 and 19, allegedly approached the women, hit them, and then rode off on his bicycle.
The incidents happened on The Boulevard, Somers on January 22 about 10.30am, Tasman Road, Somers on January 31 about 6.10pm and Peterson Street, Crib Point on February 1, about 5pm and Sandy Point Road, Balnarring on February 13 about 5pm.
Investigators have released images of a bicycle and a backpack associated with a male that may be able to assist them with their inquiries.
He is described as caucasian in appearance, about 14-19 years old with blue eyes and blonde or brown hair.
The male was last seen wearing a light-coloured T-shirt, black pants, a navy-blue Nike backpack with a vertical white stripe on it and riding a white and blue bicycle.
