Seven teens have been arrested after an alleged string of car thefts and aggravated burglaries across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, with a BMW and Audi among the vehicles stolen.

Police have arrested seven teenagers after a string of car thefts and aggravated burglaries in Melbourne’s south, east and west over the past week.
Luxury cars, including an Audi and BMW, were allegedly among the vehicles stolen.
Police swooped on a house in Bonbeach on December 7, and arrested the teens in relation to: multiple aggravated burglaries and car thefts in Mount Martha on November 30; multiple aggravated burglaries and car thefts in Frankston South on December 6; aggravated burglary and car thefts in Sunshine West on December 7; an attempted aggravated burglary in Lysterfield on December 6; and the theft of a car in Dandenong on December 7.
Four allegedly stolen cars were found near the Bonbeach home.
An Audi station wagon and Toyota Camry allegedly stolen in Frankston, a Toyota Kluger allegedly stolen in Dandenong and a BMW wagon allegedly stolen in Sunshine have been seized for forensic examination.
A 17-year-old boy has been charged with seven counts of aggravated burglary, attempted aggravated burglary, five counts of theft of motor vehicle, three counts of theft, theft from motor vehicle, conduct endangering life and unlicensed driving.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before a children’s court at a later date.
A 15-year-old boy was charged with theft of motor vehicle, handling stolen goods and bail offences.
He has been bailed to appear before a children’s court at a later date.
A second 15-year-old boy was charged with burglary, two counts of theft of motor vehicle, theft, and bail offences.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before a children’s court at a later date.
A third 15-year-old boy was charged with aggravated burglary and three counts of theft of motor vehicle
He has been bailed to appear before a children’s court at a later date.
A 17-year-old boy was charged with theft of motor vehicle and bail offences.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before a children’s court at a later date.
A 14-year-old girl was charged with two counts of theft of motor vehicle and bail offences.
She has been bailed to appear before a children’s court at a later date.
An 18-year-old Narre Warren man was charged with theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a drug of dependence.
He has been bailed to appear before Frankston Magistrates’ Court on March 14, 2023.
