A man has been charged after he allegedly performed an explicit sexual act in front of a girl in Glen Waverley.
Police were told a 16-year-old girl was walking along Mandowie Rd when she saw a man walking towards her about 4.10pm on January 31.
The girl crossed the road and allegedly saw the man perform an explicit sexual act while facing her on the opposite side of the road.
The girl ran away and reported the incident to her parents.
Police arrested a 57-year-old man at a Burwood address on Monday.
He was charged with sexual activity directed at another and was bailed to appear before Ringwood Magistrates’ Court on July 6.
