Police need the community’s help hunting down multiple fugitives whose beat-up, rough as guts mugshots would test even a mother’s devotion.
Many of the wanted persons have outstanding warrants for various alleged crimes including fail to answer bail, contravene a communication order, theft, drug possession, burglary and recklessly cause injury.
Crime Stoppers Victoria chief executive Stella Smith encouraged the public to share any information they may have on the wanted fugitives.
“If you have any information about any of these wanted persons (please contact Crime Stoppers),” Ms Smith said.
“Even the smallest piece of information can help lead to a conviction … everyone has a part to play in keeping their community safe.
“Your information, even if you are not 100 per cent sure, could be the missing piece of the puzzle that helps investigators solve a crime.
“We understand that people may feel anxious when coming forward with information (so) we want to remind the community that Crime Stoppers is a confidential crime reporting service that does not require you to provide your personal details.”
