Melbourne TikTok fiend Benjamin Holman pleads guilty to child sex crime charges, sexual assault

A Melbourne grub who secretly sprayed numerous young women and girls with a white substance while he filmed them in public has broken down crying in court.
Benjamin ‘Ben’ Holman, 31, was sentenced in the County Court on Wednesday to a 12-month jail term after pleading guilty to 27 charges of sexual assault.
Holman, who also pleaded guilty to 34 charges including solicit, transmit and possess child abuse material, conducted his depravity between September 2018 and May last year.
Holman “covertly sprayed” numerous young women and girls with a white substance at Springvale shopping centre while managing to remain undetected for almost three years.
Holman, who the court heard preferred females in leggings and tight shorts, violated some children who were with their parents and family.
The pervert also targeted some children in pairs.
Holman, a former mechanical fitter at Roto Pumps, used a syringe filled with a substance to assault his victims.
The court heard Holman worked with a “milky white lubricant” while employed at Roto Pumps.
Holman, who used a concealed GoPro to film his victims, later edited his sickening videos.
Holman under the handle ‘legginsluver’ also shared images to graphic and lewd online site.
The images were of two pre-pubescent girls which had been “covertly” taken at Bunnings Cranbourne.
Holman also made sickening comments on photographs which depicted young girls in school uniforms.
Holman also produced his own sordid collection of child abuse material using photos and videos of children sourced from social media including TikTok and Instagram.
He superimposed naked images of himself onto the child’s image.
Holman depicted himself committing lewd acts on the children.
Holman also spliced TikTok videos with adult pornography.
An undercover cop posing as a sicko befriended Holman online in March last year.
Holman, who communicated with the cop via encrypted messaging app Telegram, sent the operative an image of himself having sex with a female.
The cop requested more videos and images.
Holman, a father, sent a video of himself following two young girls before spraying a victim with a “white fluid”.
Holman also requested “content” from the cop.
“What do you have mate,” Holman asked the cop.
“Lots of hard core preteen,” the cop replied.
“I like!!,” Holman said.
The cop asked Holman if he made the “syringe video”.
“If it was me it would feel terrifying but the blood will be pumping hard,” Holman said.
“You try hard to not let anyone else see you do it but you find the perfect place to spray.”
Investigators raided Holman’s Cranbourne West home and seized various devices on May 25 last year.
Police also seized a mannequin and female leggings.
Holman, who “generally made denials” when questioned by police, admitted he had a “fetish for leggings”.
Holman, who told police he felt like an “absolute idiot”, said he was “shocked and scared”.
“I just like clothing,” Holman said.
“Like, I’m just into clothing, I’m not into young girls … I just like clothing … that’s it …”
Holman also said he “didn't feel good about himself” and “regretted a lot of things”.
Investigators analysed Holman’s devices and discovered videos of the him having sex with the mannequin while it was dressed in leggings.
Police also found a stack of videos and images taken from behind of young females and girls wearing black leggings or bikinis in public places.
Holman, who sobbed throughout the hearing, was also handed a 30-month community correction order and made a registered sex offender for life.
The fiend must also be of good behaviour for a period of 15 months after his release.
