A teen’s desperate pleas failed to deter a man as he allegedly sexually attacked her at a Noble Park property, a court has heard.

A Noble Park man allegedly sexually abused a girl under the age of 16, a court has heard.
Kyle Griffs, 49, fronted the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday following the disturbing alleged attack in December 2017.
Police allege the victim was with Griffs when Griffs allegedly touched her bottom as she walked past.
“She initially thought it was an accident,” the prosecution said.
But Griffs’ disgusting advances allegedly continued shortly after he took the girl into his car.
Instead of taking his victim home like he allegedly promised, Griffs allegedly brought her to his property.
Griffs allegedly asked the teen to watch a movie and lay on a bed before he allegedly began touching her.
“I like you … do you want to do anything?,” he allegedly asked the girl.
“Like what,” the girl replied.
Griffs allegedly took off his clothes and climbed onto the bed naked before attempting to remove the teen’s clothes.
“I don’t want to do it,” the girl said.
Griffs allegedly began kissing his victim's stomach and pinching her nipples before moving his mouth toward her genital area.
The girl then allegedly hit Griffs as he attempted to remove her pants.
“Are you nervous?” Griffs allegedly asked.
The court heard Griffs allegedly exposed himself before giving the girl two shots of vodka.
The girl went to the bathroom and returned to tell Griffs she was menstruating.
“Come on it’s just blood,” Griffs allegedly said as he fetched her a towel and sanitary pad.
“I don’t want to do it,” the girl replied.
Griffs then allegedly put the girl’s hands on his penis before getting dressed.
“Don’t tell anyone what we’re doing, you’re still young,” he allegedly told the girl.
The court heard the alleged victim raised the alarm to a friend who alerted authorities in January 2018.
Griffs, who is on bail, is set to return for a committal hearing on July 26.
