A sadistic hoon who used Snapchat to celebrate his Peninsula Link road rage attack which caused a young woman to her crash car is one of two men wanted by police.
Footage of the man celebrating the dangerous accident circulated on social media shortly after 10am on Monday.
The man screamed at a woman in a Toyota Corolla while driving at high speed on the stretch of highway near Moorooduc.
“Come down! Come down! I will fight you!” the man was recorded screaming.
It’s understood the woman tried to overtake the men’s car, which had appeared to be being driven erratically.
The hoons yelled obscenities at the young woman while the driver continually swerved into her lane.
Video shows the men screaming and laughing into he phone after the woman crashed into a concrete barrier.

“What the f***?” the hoon screamed several times just after the crash, while the driver is heard laughing in the background.
The pair then drove off without stopping to offer assistance or check if the woman was OK.
The victim Kaysha Plant, 23, escaped uninjured.
Victoria Police confirmed they are hunting both men for allegedly failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
Police would not comment further as the investigation is ongoing.
