A Huntingdale TikTok creator who “helps thousands of people everyday” online failed to front court despite facing multiple sexual assault allegations.

Christos Papathanasiou, 42, did not appear at Moorabbin Magistrates’ Court on Friday after being released on bail earlier in the year with a warrant being issued for his arrest

Mr Papathanasiou has been accused of allegedly sexually assaulting two women on a Pakenham train on April 1, where police say he “firmly” groped their butt cheeks as he moved past them.

After one of the complainants confronted him, he allegedly made “kissing lips” in her direction.

Police said fellow commuters stepped into the alleged altercation to assist the women and stop Mr Papathanasiou from fleeing.

In an unsuccessful bail application in April, the court heard Mr Papathanasiou also faced similar allegations dating back to March, where an apartment cleaner accused him of asking if “she was interested in extra services”, before he allegedly “rubbed his genitalia on the side of his pants with his hands” while the cleaner was working in the apartment alone.

Police said she later found him naked and masturbating on the apartment’s couch.

The court heard on another occasions, he allegedly chased a couple in a Huntingdale street, waving a machete and shouting, “I’m going to f--king chop you up”.

Mr Papathanasiou is also facing outstanding assault allegations where he allegedly violently physically assaulted his uncle after he refused to give him $200.

Mr Papathanasiou had been denied bail twice in April, where he told the court that he “bumped into a lot of people” and “maybe (the women on the train) took it the wrong way” when he bumped into them.

The self-professed healer used the court to flog his TikTok account, where he “teaches followers about healing with natural medicine for free”.

The self-professed “healer” has amassed 80,600 follows on the platform, where he shares cayenne pepper recipes.

After he failed to appear in court on Friday, Magistrate Angela Bolger issued a warrant for his arrest.
