“We hope this initiative serves as a fun and enjoyable way to break up our routines and welcome in the weekend - through good food, connecting with loved ones and celebrating the simple things.” operations manager Bridget Pitt said.
Marcus Pitt, who’s family owns the pub, said the business hoped the “small contribution” would allow the business to bring “warmth and joy” into the homes of people who needed it most.
“We are so proud of our team who are volunteering their time to give back to the community who’ve been such a huge support to us,” his brother Myles Pitt said.
“This is a small gesture we can offer until we’re able to welcome our valued guests back safely.”
