A Dromana roof plumber must donate money to a charity after he taunted rival cricket fans with grubby antics at a Big Bash match.

A blotto cricket fan exposed himself and pressed his genitals against a flash corporate box to taunt cricket fans at a Marvel Stadium Big Bash League game, a court has heard.
Degenerate drunk Brandon Mulcair, 36, pleaded guilty in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Thursday to sexual exposure in a public place.
Mulcair was boozed to the tilt during the Melbourne Renegades and Perth Scorchers fixture won by the home team in late-2018.
The Dromana roof plumber viewed the Big Bash game from a plush function box with a mate.
Mulcair’s mate went to an adjoining box — separated with a glass wall — where he could see his boozed pal had exposed himself.
The mate returned to the suite and “banned” Mulcair from consuming anymore alcohol, the court was told.
Mulcair then repeated the act
The court heard Mulcair pressed his fingers against his lips and used his tongue in a “licking motion”.
The prosecution submitted the vulgar display was a “sexual connotation motion” witnessed by multiple cricket fans.
Police arrested Mulcair and hauled him out of the stadium for questioning.
Mulcair, who admitted his offending, told police he was “intoxicated”.
“It was a very stupid thing to do …,” Mulcair said.
“I did a squashed rat on a window I can’t remember most of it because I was pretty intoxicated …
“I went up to the window (and) put my penis against the window and that’s it, that’s all I can remember.
“I had a fair few beers, I couldn’t tell you how many, I had a few … It was very stupid of me I wasn’t thinking about anyone else around.”
Mulcair told police he exposed his penis “just to stir up the guys” in the adjoining box.
Mulcair also claimed he never intended to upset anyone.
Mulcair’s wife left him shortly after the sordid act, the court was told.
The prosecution submitted Mulcair’s depraved conduct shocked witnesses who said the “disrespectful” act made them feel “uncomfortable”.
A witness said they felt “very annoyed” while another witness said Mulcair made them feel “very uneasy”.
“It was in appropriate and stupid,” a witness said.
Another witness said they felt “disgusted and offended”.
David Dribbin, for Mulcair, told the court his client was a hardworking roof plumber who runs his own business.
It was submitted Mulcair was drinking heavily at the time because his marriage was on the rocks.
Mr Dribbin said Mulcair separated from his wife barely a month after his “boorish and disgusting behaviour”.
“(Mulcair) Accepts unreservedly that his behaviour was shocking, disgusting and unacceptable …,” Mr Dribbin said.
“Fortunately no children witnessed this behaviour.”
The court heard Mulcair curbed his alcohol consumption and is sincerely “remorseful”.
“It’s been a very public humiliation for (Mulcair) but I accept Mr Mulcair has taken responsibility and is highly remorseful,” Magistrate Ros Porter said.
Mulcair was placed on a diversion program and ordered to pay $1500 to the McGrath foundation.
